BUILDSS sells digital products — specifically, downloadable Microsoft Excel files ("Templates") and PDFs designed for use in the construction industry. All products are delivered digitally.

3. Delivery & Fulfillment

All purchases are fulfilled instantly at checkout. t is your responsibility to download and save your file promptly. BUILDSS is not responsible for files lost due to device failure, accidental deletion, or failure to download.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the file has been made available for download. This policy is consistent with the nature of digital goods under U.S. consumer protection guidelines.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors including Stripe. BUILDSS does not store your payment information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BUILDSS makes no guarantee that the Templates will meet every specific business requirement or comply with regulations in your jurisdiction.
